Paragon Properties is a dynamic fast growing real estate company. Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch service to our clients, and we are now seeking an additional Real Estate Administrative Assistant to help us in our growth trajectory.

We’re looking for a diligent and organized individual to provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our real estate activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage property listings on major portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
  • Maintain and update our Salesforce database with client details, property information, and transaction records.
  • Prepare property-related documents and correspondence.
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone and email communications.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.


  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM system is preferable.
  • Proficiency in using major property portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
