I have been working as a self-employed real estate agent in Germany for over 30 years and have extensive knowledge of all aspects of real estate. Working as a property developer as well as a real estate agent gave me profound insights from the construction of a property to the handover.

As a property developer, I have built over 100 residential properties, starting with the selection of the plot of land, followed by the planning process, securing the financing, the construction of the building, the sale of the individual units to investors or owner-occupiers up to the final handover of the property to the new owners.

As an estate agent, I have found new homes for more than 700 people by brokering residential properties in the form of detached houses and condominiums.

After decades of professional practice in Germany, I followed my personal desire to spend the time from autumn to spring in the warm climate of Dubai. I have been here for 5 years now and have gained extensive contacts and knowledge about the real estate market. At Paragon Properties, I am responsible for looking after German-speaking clients.
